These terms govern your use of FindsBest (the “Site”), operated by FindsBest, Upleta, District Rajkot, Gujarat – 360490, India (“we”, “us”). By using the Site, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the Site.

3. Description of Service

FindsBest publishes phone specifications, comparisons, price tracking, news, and user reviews for informational purposes. We are not a retailer — we do not sell phones directly, process payments, or fulfil orders. Purchases are made entirely on the retailer's own site after you click through from ours.

4. Accuracy of Information

Prices and availability shown here are sourced from third-party retailers and can change without notice — always confirm the final price on the retailer's own site before buying. We make reasonable efforts to keep specifications accurate and up to date by working from manufacturer sheets and hands-on testing, but we do not guarantee completeness or accuracy, and manufacturers may revise specifications after launch.

5. Pricing, Taxes and Availability

Prices shown are indicative and are captured from retailers at the time of listing. They may exclude GST, delivery charges, exchange offers, bank discounts or platform-specific coupons, and may not reflect a retailer's current price at the moment you click through. Nothing on this Site constitutes an offer to sell, and we do not guarantee that any product is in stock or available at a stated price. The contract of sale is formed solely between you and the retailer, on the retailer's own terms.

The compilation, organization, and presentation of specifications, comparisons, and editorial content on this site are the property of FindsBest, except where explicitly credited to another source. Device names, logos, and trademarks belong to their respective manufacturers and are used for identification purposes only, under fair use / nominative use principles. You may not reproduce, scrape, or republish substantial portions of this site's content without permission.

7. User-Generated Content (Reviews)

Reviews submitted by visitors reflect the opinions of their authors, not of FindsBest. By submitting a review, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display, edit for length or clarity, and moderate that content on this site indefinitely. We reserve the right to remove any review that is spam, abusive, defamatory, or otherwise inappropriate, without notice.

8. Copyright Complaints and Takedown

We respect intellectual property rights. If you believe content on this Site infringes your copyright or trademark, write to us at admin@findsbest.com with: (a) identification of the work you say is infringed; (b) the exact URL of the material complained of; (c) your contact details; (d) a statement that you believe in good faith the use is unauthorised; and (e) a statement that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the rights holder or authorised to act for them. We will review and, where the complaint is well-founded, remove or disable access to the material. We may pass your notice to the person who supplied the content.

9. Affiliate Disclosure

This site participates in affiliate programs with various retailers (including, where applicable, Amazon and Flipkart). We may earn a commission on qualifying purchases made through links on this site, at no extra cost to you. Affiliate relationships never influence which devices we list, how we describe them, or how we rank them in comparisons or budget lists.

You agree to indemnify and hold FindsBest harmless from any claim or demand arising from your misuse of the site or violation of these terms.

14. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute, claim or proceeding arising out of or in connection with these terms or your use of this site shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts at Upleta, District Rajkot, Gujarat – 360490, India, and you irrevocably consent and submit to the jurisdiction of those courts.

15. Termination

We may restrict or terminate your access to interactive features of this site (such as submitting reviews or contact forms) at our discretion, without notice, for conduct that violates these terms.

16. Grievance Redressal

In accordance with the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the Information Technology (Intermediary Guidelines and Digital Media Ethics Code) Rules, 2021, complaints about content on this Site — including user reviews you consider unlawful, defamatory or infringing — may be sent to our Grievance Officer:

18. General

Severability. If any provision of these terms is held invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be limited or removed to the minimum extent necessary and the remaining provisions will remain in full force.
